Unless specified, all charges exclude VAT where applicable.
Plymouth City Airport offers a range of services for airlines and private aircraft operators. The fees and charges are summarised below. For more information, and for full details of the airport's standard conditions of use, please call 01752 204090.
Discounts on airport charges may be available to airlines starting new scheduled services to destinations not currently served from Plymouth City Airport. For more information please contact us on 01752 204090.

Training Flights - (All training at ATCO's discretion)
Training flights /Touch-and-go’s (without taxiing to ramp)

Passenger Tax/Security Charges (Outbound pax only)
Applicable only to Domestic / International Charter, Business Executive and Military Flights using Airport Security:-
Aged 3 years or over–
DOMESTIC (incls CI) £7.50 per pax
INTERNATIONAL £12.40 per pax
Security Service Charge £4.95 per pax
Additional Security Charge £87.20 per aircraft per hour or part thereof after 1800L for departures of aircraft over 9999kg, or with more than 19 passenger seats
Standard Handling
Aircraft up to 20 seats basic charge in / out = £118.50
Aircraft over 20 seats basic charge in / out = £177.80
Pax one-way only = 60% of above
*Toilet service = £32.25
*GPU = £40.00 per 30 mins or part thereof
*Towing = £69.00 per tow ramp to hangar / 06 or return
*All above provided/Invoiced by British International Engineers
Compass Base (Class 1)
30 Mins or part therof £71.20
Wheelchair Handling
Lift on / off = £50.00
Military Search and Rescue Flights
All Military Search and Rescue flights are charged the appropriate Landing, Parking and out-of-hours charges. If landing beyond normal opening hours, without services, landing fee only applies.
Devon and Cornwall Air Ambulance Flights
These flights are not charged any Landing or Parking fees during normal operating hours
Block Landing Fees
0 - 999kgs £953 + VAT
1000 - 1499kgs £1904 + VAT
1500 - 1999kgs £3067 + VAT
2000 - 2999kgs £4443 + VAT
All above includes parking & unlimited landings for a 12 month period.
Any Devon Strut member who pays for hangarage is eligible for 50% block landing fee at the lower rate (£476.50 +VAT)
Devon Strut Club
Any member of above who produces a pass-card for above is entitled to a discount of 25% off the normal landing fee (of the lower rate 0-999kgs)
75% of 0- 999 kgs = £7.00 + £1.22 VAT = £8.22
Also any Devon Strut member who pays for hangarage is eligible for 50% block landing fee at the lower rate
Hangarage
Single engine shared parking £122 per month
Single engine light aircraft £294 per month
Light twin engine aircraft £441 per month
Heavy twin (over 3000kgs) £543 per month
Nightly Rate for Hangar Parking
0 - 1500kg £29.00 per night + VAT
1501kg - 3000kg £45.00 per night + VAT
Over 3000kg charged at £24.00 per tonne + VAT
Environmental Surcharges
Arrival and/or departure between 2100L - 2200L £199.20 +VAT
Arrival and/or departure between 2200L – 2230L £261.35+VAT
Arrival/or departure after 2230L hrs is prohibited, except for delayed scheduled services or medical emergencies - and must be approved by the airport director.
Out of hours charge for operation 2230L-2400L hrs is £590.00 per hour or part thereof. For operations beyond midnight is £1180.00 per hour, or part thereof
NOTES
1. Landing fees are charged in addition to surcharges & out of hours charges.
2. An aircraft arriving, for example, at 2120L & departing at 2210L would only pay the one surcharge applicable to the departure i.e. £261.35+VAT +Landing Fee.
3. An aircraft arriving, for example, at 2110L & departing at 2130L would pay one surcharge of £199.20+VAT +Landing Fee.
4. An aircraft arriving after 2230L would NOT pay the out of hours charge until 2230L, but £590.00 per hour or part thereof until midnight, then £1180.00 per hour or part thereof.
These charges are applicable to EACH operator and not to be split between them
ALL THE ABOVE WILL BE CHARGED 17.5 % VAT IF APPLICABLE
